Returns and exchanges

We offer a 14-day refund on all products purchased on our webshop including items on sale. The period starts from the day you receive your item. You must return the item unused and in the same condition as you received it. We may charge a handling fee if the parcel is returned too late. Remember to enclose your invoice in the parcel when returning. 

If you refuse to receive your item upon delivery, we may charge a shipping fee of 150 DKK. 

Return

Returned items must be sent by a courier to our store. We recommend using UPS or Fedex. You are responsible for the package until we receive it. VAT, custom fees, import fees and taxes may be charged on some shipments. It is very important to mark the shipment as a return on the label/parcel to avoid customs. The customer is responsible for paying the customs.

You also have the option to return the item in our physical store.

All items must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition and must be returned with their original tags and packaging. Shoes must be returned with their dust bag (if included) and original shoe box, as these are essential parts of the product.

We only accept packages sent directly to the address below.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, you must place a new order and return the item.

Remember to note your new order number on your invoice.

You also have the option to exchange the item in our physical store.

Refund

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount of the returned item.

The refund will be made using the same payment card you used for the original transaction.
