Returns Within the EU
If you have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return one or more items, you have 14 days to return or exchange items purchased online at www.stromstore.com.
The return period begins on the day you receive your order.
Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
Please remember to include your invoice when returning your item(s), as this helps us locate your order more easily.
Through our returnportal, you can download a return shipping label.
A return shipping label costs EUR 15.
The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for the returned item(s).
We reserve the right to charge a handling fee if the item is returned after the return period has expired.

You are responsible for the parcel until we have received it.
The parcel must be shipped directly to our address.
Please do not select a parcel locker or post office as the delivery location, as we will be unable to process your return.
You may also return your item(s) in person at our physical store on Strandvejen in Hellerup.
Returns Outside the EU

Please remember to include your invoice when returning your item(s), as this helps us locate your order more easily.
We do not offer free returns. Returned and exchanged items must be sent by a courier to our store.
We recommend using UPS or FedEx.
You are responsible for the package until we receive it.
To avoid customs charges, it is essential to mark the shipment as a return on the label/parcel. VAT, customs fees, import fees, and taxes may apply to some shipments, and these are the customer's responsibility.

You also have the option to return or exchange items in our physical store.
All items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with their original tags and packaging. Shoes must be returned with their dust bag (if included) and original shoe box, as these are considered essential parts of the product.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you would like instead, and then return the unwanted item.
Please remember to write your new order number on the invoice and include it in the return parcel.

The parcel must be shipped directly to our address. Please do not choose delivery to a parcel locker or post office, as we will not be able to process your exchange.
You are responsible for the parcel until we have received it. We recommend using UPS or FedEx.
Customers within the EU can download a prepaid return shipping label through our returnportal.
We cover the return shipping cost when you exchange an item.

Refund
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount of the returned item. The refund will be processed using the same payment card you used for the original transaction. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
