When you visit www.stromstore.dk, we collect the following personal data about you and your use of the website:

The purpose of the collection is to optimise the user experience and the functioning of the website, targeted marketing, including retargeting via Facebook and Google, etc. This processing of information is necessary for us to pursue our interests in improving the website as well as showing you relevant offers.
Our processing of your personal data is based on the balancing of interests rule in Article 6(1)(f) of the EU Personal Data Regulation.
We share information with our external partners for, among other things, technical operation and improvements of the website as well as targeted marketing.
The information is deleted when you have not visited the website for 1 year.
2.2 Purchase or communication via website
When you purchase a product or communicate with us on the website, we collect the information you provide:

The purpose of the collected data is to deliver ordered products so that we can comply with our agreement with you, as well as to administer your rights to return and complain and to comply with bookkeeping and accounting requirements.
Our processing of your personal data is based on our agreement to deliver a product to you, as well as to comply with our legal obligation imposed on us as a data controller under Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the EU Personal Data Regulation.
We will share information with GLS, UPS or the carrier who will deliver the purchased items to you.
The data will be deleted 3 years after the purchase, unless we have a legitimate need to keep the data for a longer period, for example if it is necessary for legal claims to be established or if storage is necessary for us to comply with a legal requirement.
Accounting records are kept for 5 years until the end of a financial year.
2.3 Newsletter subscription
When you sign up to our newsletter, we collect the following information:

When you sign up for our customer club, you will be asked to provide:

The purpose of the collected data is the administration of the membership, the provision of services, the possibility to offer the benefits associated with the membership of the customer club.
Our processing of your personal data is based on our agreement that you are a member of our customer club in the EU Personal Data Regulation Art. 6(1)(b).
We share information with our external partners for, technical operation and improvements of the website as well as targeted marketing.
The information is deleted if you are not logged into your profile for 3 years or cancel your membership.

You have the right to see what personal data we have recorded about you, the purpose of the recording, the categories of personal data, the recipients of the data and the source of the data.
3.2 Right to rectification
You have the right to rectify and update the personal data we have recorded about you.

You have the right to have the personal data we have recorded about you deleted. If you wish to have your personal data deleted, we will delete all data that we are not required by law to keep.
